Job Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. The role requires strong skills in social media handling, social media marketing, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor creative social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and followers.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, ad copies) aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to track ROI, reach, and engagement metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and marketing collaterals.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in social media management and marketing.

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

· Strong understanding of campaign metrics, analytics, and performance tracking.

· Creative thinking with content development skills.

· Basic knowledge of tools like Canva/Photoshop (preferred).

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
