Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through emails and calls.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range and the gems and jewelry industry to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to engage with the US market.
Create and manage sales orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with the production team to monitor the progress of orders and provide clients with timely updates.
Conduct regular follow-ups with the production team to ensure deadlines are met and products meet our quality standards.
Prepare and submit detailed activity and results reports to keep management informed of sales performance and market trends.
Identify client needs and act promptly to provide solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills Required:

5+ years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with the gems and jewelry industry.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in handling customer interactions through emails and calls.
Good understanding of the production flow within the jewelry manufacturing sector.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Graduate Preferred.
