Job Title: Sr. Ruby On Rails Developer - 3 to 5 Years Ideal Candidate: As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications while ensuring robust backend architecture. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence with a focus on performance and security. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate closely with clients and project stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Ruby on Rails within agreed timelines. Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of deliverables. Maintain effective and proactive communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of growth and collaboration. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance development processes.
