Job Description

Project manage the design of the Sales incentive compensation plans along with the VP of Revenue Operations and Finance on an annual basis.
Design and manage compensation plan templates in Excel or other compensation tool.
Drive consistency and simplicity in sales incentive compensations strategy and execution.
Drive alignment amongst cross-functional stakeholders and project manage timely assignment of commissions calculation inputs.
Define and establish process and documentation on rules of engagement, quota attainment, revenue attribution, and seller roles/responsibilities in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Designate or audit the various attainment assignments monthly.
Prepare periodic reporting packages regarding attainment performance.
Perform complex ad hoc analysis as required in support of the Revenue Organization.

EXPERIENCE:

10+ years in Marketing & Sales Operations with at least 6 years of related experience focused on the compensation process.
Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model.
Advanced Excel skills; proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data.
Experience with ICM/SPM tools (Callidus, Xactly, etc.) preferred.
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
Demonstrated project management and task management capabilities.
Understanding of change management process and ability to look around corners in an evolving and ambiguous environment.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into simple, actionable recommendations.
Strong team player; comfortable working across functions and collaborating.
Demonstrated ability to improve processes.
