Job Overview:

GTF Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our innovative team. This role will focus on leading the frontend development of dynamic and interactive websites, using React.js and related technologies. Expertise in creating the first-end development of websites is a must, as well as experience with the GSAP Plugin and Webflow being highly preferred. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge, user-friendly web applications that exceed client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on and Next.js
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA, MCA), Technology (B Tech, M-Tech), or a relevant field of study.
• Frontend Development: Expertise in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React, NextJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• GSAP Plugin: Strong experience using the GSAP plugin for smooth animations and transitions in React applications.
• Webflow: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Webflow for creating and managing web page layouts, designs, and CMS-driven websites.
• API Integration: Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Performance Optimization: Deep understanding of website performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
• Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Expertise in ensuring applications work across multiple browsers and devices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve performance or functionality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the frontend development of dynamic, interactive, and responsive websites using , Next.js and other modern web technologies.
• Implement and integrate high-quality user interfaces that meet design specifications and provide a seamless user experience.
• Utilize GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) for advanced animations and smooth transitions within React-based applications.
• Work with Webflow to build and maintain website structures, including design, content management, and integrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visual elements and optimize user interaction.
• Ensure the application is performant, scalable, and responsive across all platforms and browsers.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code with a focus on best practices and maintainability.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and manage state efficiently.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up to date with new trends, technologies, and tools related to frontend development and .
