Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
Position Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Project ConstructionLocation: Project Sites across India

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in the construction industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards

Roles & Responsibilities

Conducting topographical surveys
Overseeing the laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of water and sewerage pipelines
Managing the construction of office buildings, boundary walls, WTP, STP, pump houses, intake wells, and GLSRs/UGRs/OHTs
Supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical items like pumps and valves
Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical items required in water and sewerage projects
Liaising with department officials to obtain clearances, process invoices, and secure payments
Ensuring the smooth execution and profitability of the overall project
Managing site personnel, including supervisors, engineers, laborers, and machinery
