Job Description

  • Candidate should have relevant experience IT Infrastructure. Should have done atleast 5 end to end program implementation of varying nature. Should have advanced understanding of the Infrastructure elements (Compute & Storage, Network, Database, End User devices).
  • Ability to understand the Datacenter process, workflows, policies and interfaces of the systems. Minimal understanding of Change Managment, Incident Management, Problem Management. Technically should be sound to understand the technology architecture, design framework and control flow of the applications/products/systems. Good understanding of the Banking domain is a must.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the systems.
  • IT program/portfolio management, Stake holder management, Resource planning and management, business analysis, strategy, vendor management & governance.
  • Process improvement experience bridging business and IT in various facets of Banking.
  • Ability to work in Waterfall, agile & Hybrid frameworks and to educate team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare BRD, FSD, Project/Program Plan, Idenitify and migitate Risk, Issues & Dependencies.
  • Run Program Steering Committees with all stakeholders (internal and external).

Qualifications :

  • Graduate (Any Specialisation)
  • Proven working experience in project and program management in the IT sector on various banking systems
  • Experience of all phases of Project and program management. Tracking of the project from BRD, Evaluation of the products in the market, Estimation from Vendor, Obtaining relevant signoff from the stakeholders, tracking from release to user signoff & Production implementation.
  • Creates and Maintains Project Plans Program Plans and Program Roadmaps: Develops, and continually updates, detailed project/program management plans, Work breakdown structures based on the project objectives and scope. Prepares status reports to convey project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests, and critical issues to the management. Ensures PM methodology is adhered to
  • Manage changes to the project/program scope, project/program schedule, and project/program costs using appropriate verification measures and techniques
  • Work with appropriate IT and business stakeholders to define, prioritize and manage the pipeline of potential Projects.
  • Provide Overall Program Administration: Participates in program team meetings, proactively documents meeting minutes, track issues, decisions and action items, and follow-up between meetings to drive issues to closure. Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and vario
