As a Sr Program Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage engineering programs for HCI India Business. - Management
- Overall responsibility for end to end delivery of Assigned Projects at HCI India level with the given resources and delivering the agreed numbers
- Manage HCI India projects in the effective adoption, implementation and compliance with HPS GPMO guidelines, APAC policies, processes, procedures, tools and business best practices
- Customer Satisfaction
- Ownership to maintain customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues for assigned Projects
- Finance
- Ownership for Projects financial performance and monitoring of financial performance on a monthly basis and continuously review estimates versus actuals across HCI projects to continuously improve Projects operational metrics such as Revenue, Billing, Collection, etc.
- Cost Control & Productivity
- Responsible for driving costs down to be competitive in the market. Controls cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods and standard processes
- Estimate and Risk Reviews
- Participates in estimate review/ risk review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure labour estimates are correct and that the work is achievable from a technical perspective. Ensure that subcontracts, where applicable, are complete and documented.

- Resouce Planning
- Ensures projects are resourced properly in coordination with Engineering team.
- Develops effective partnerships with subcontractors to ensure an adequate pool of resources is available for assigned project.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the process measurement and control industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
