Sr. Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive our long-term product development strategy and effectively manage day-to-day projects. Your role will involve streamlining operations, ensuring clear team priorities, and successful sprint execution. As a strong communicator, you will act as the liaison between the software development team and clients, ensuring product alignment and success. Responsibilities include planning product roadmaps, managing sprint cycles, and guiding the team towards successful feature launches. You will be responsible for: - **Long-Term Product Strategy**: Developing and implementing a clear strategy aligned with business goals, identifying innovation opportunities, and maintaining the product roadmap. - **Sprint Planning and Execution**: Managing sprint planning sessions, prioritizing features based on business needs, and improving project workflows for efficiency. - **Project Management and Leadership**: Overseeing day-to-day product development projects, coordinating across teams, and ensuring stakeholder communication. - **Stakeholder Communication**: Serving as the primary channel between clients and the development team, translating business requirements into technical tasks, and fostering collaborative relationships. - **Feature Development and Product Launches**: Driving high-quality feature creation, ensuring successful product launches, and gathering client feedback for product improvements. - **Efficiency Improvement**: Evaluating processes, implementing strategies to increase team productivity, and tracking progress metrics. Qualifications: - **Experience**: 6+ years in Software Product Management and 5+ years in Software Project Management. - **Track Record**: Proven success in launching products and adding value to end-users. - **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of software development processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools. - **Communication Skills**: Strong communication abilities for client-team collaboration and project clarity. - **Leadership**: Strong organizational skills to drive high-quality results on time. - **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve project bottlenecks efficiently.
