Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and positioning.

Leadership:

• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams to communicate product vision and priorities.

Product Development:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development processes.

Customer Focus:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product enhancements.
• Champion user experience and ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.

Performance Metrics:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
