Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute performance marketing ad campaigns across multiple channels
• Responsible for end-to-end campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.
• Coordinate with the internal product & tech team for timely execution of all digital marketing tasks and initiatives.
• Responsible for sharing campaign reports & analysis with insights to the stakeholders.
• Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
• Make sure all the campaign best practices and weekly/monthly targets are met.
• Ensuring new creative & campaign ideas are implemented.
• Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous testing, innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning.
• Involved in executing personalized marketing retention campaigns to increase specific business KPIs.

Desired Profile:

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience with digital media; preferably on the agency side or on an e-commerce website within a Similar Industry.
• Experience in handling large-scale campaign planning, and optimization for both performance and brand impact.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Prior Experience with Amazon Ads is good to have.
• Proven marketing experience and working with the creative and content team to get high-performing creatives.
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition with flawless day-to-day campaign execution.
• A data-driven, analytical mindset with the determination to get to the bottom of problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
