We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PCB & Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will design and develop high-performance power and control PCBs for IoT and embedded products.

• Design multi-layer PCBs for high-voltage and high-current power electronics.
  

• Develop analog, digital, and power circuits ensuring performance and reliability.
  

• Perform schematic capture, signal and power integrity analysis, and thermal management.
  

• Collaborate with R&D, Mechanical, and Production teams for design validation and integration.
  

• Conduct DRC, DFM, and DFT reviews for manufacturability.
  

• Prepare Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
  

• Maintain PCB component libraries and support the transition from prototype to production.
  

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design, with at least 1 year in Power Electronics (EV chargers, motor drives, inverters, etc.).
  

• Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools.
  

• Strong understanding of high-voltage/high-current circuit design and EMI/EMC standards.
  

• Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, RS-485, and CAN communication protocols.
  

• Knowledge of IPC standards such as IPC-2221 and IPC-A-600.
  

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
  

• Experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS) or Vehicle Control Units (VCU).
  

• Exposure to automotive or industrial electronics.
  

• Familiarity with thermal, signal integrity, or power integrity simulation tools.
