Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade applications, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
Collaborate with architects and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with SQL Server and/or other relational databases for data access and performance tuning.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and unit/integration testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills:

7–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Strong experience with
.NET Core
,
C#
,
ASP.NET MVC/Web API
.
Proficient in
SQL Server
, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Experience with
Entity Framework/Core
, LINQ.
Solid understanding of
OOP
,
design patterns
, and
SOLID principles
.
Exposure to
Azure
or
AWS
cloud environments is a plus.
Familiarity with
JavaScript
,
HTML
,
CSS
, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of version control systems such as
Git
or
Azure DevOps
.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400, or MS Certified: .NET Developer) are a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
