About the Job

We are a proprietary trading firm building cutting-edge algorithmic trading strategies across asset classes. We are looking for a Tech Developer with experience or strong interest in designing and coding profitable trading strategies.

💰 Compensation will be much higher than market norms for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies

• Backtest ideas using historical data and deploy live strategies

• Work with real-time market feeds, low-latency execution, and broker APIs

• Collaborate with traders to translate trading logic into scalable code

• Continuously improve system performance and risk controls

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in algorithmic trading / quant development / fintech

• Strong coding skills in Python, C++, Java, or Rust

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization

• Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, and trading systems

• Experience with backtesting frameworks and APIs

• Knowledge of NSE/BSE APIs, FIX protocol, or broker integrations

• Exposure to machine learning applications in trading

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
