Senior Staff Engineer

You are looking for talented and experienced individuals to join your team as Senior Staff Engineers (Frontend) and Senior Software Engineers (Frontend) at your location in Hyderabad, India. Both positions require expertise in Frontend technologies such as ReactJS, TypeScript, and the JavaScript ecosystem, along with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs. The ideal candidates will have a passion for building robust and scalable frontend systems, integrating APIs seamlessly, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. As a Senior Staff Engineer (Frontend), you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of frontend systems, conducting code reviews, optimizing database schemas and API integrations, providing technical mentorship, and breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks. Your role will involve enhancing frontend performance, promoting best practices, and guiding engineers towards continuous learning. You are expected to have 8+ years of experience in professional software development and possess expertise in design patterns, debugging, scalable system architecture, and REST API integration. Strong leadership, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. On the other hand, as a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend), you will focus on building and enhancing frontend features, developing and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, ensuring code quality, and implementing automated testing frameworks. With 5-7 years of experience in professional software development, you should be proficient in ReactJS, TypeScript, and the JavaScript ecosystem. Your responsibilities will also include working on rendering, caching, async/await workflows, and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Your expertise in API development, async operations, rendering optimization, and problem-solving skills will be crucial for this role. Both positions require candidates with a Bachelor's degree in CSE/IT/Electrical branches and familiarity with AWS hosting and infrastructure. Additionally, you should be comfortable with architectural designs, high-level and low-level design, SRS documentation, and product development.
