Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy before submission.
Prepare and present analytical dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to correct them.
Track business KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with departments like Finance, HR, and Operations for data inputs.
Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Generate ad-hoc reports as per business and management requirements.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Maintain documentation and version control of all MIS reports.

Education Qualification & Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.
MBA / PGDM (preferred but not mandatory).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query, etc.)
Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and database management will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of data validation and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
