Senior Manager – Strategic Projects & Competitive IntelligenceLocation – Goregaon-Mumbai (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking
• Build and maintain a structured competition benchmarking framework covering product features, pricing, digital journeys, marketing strategy and partnerships.
• Track and analyze moves of key competitors (broking, fintech, and banking ecosystems).
• Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and acquisition teams.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly competitive review dashboards for leadership.
• Strategic Projects
• Support the design and execution of high-priority strategic initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Data teams to diagnose challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Insights & Business Strategy
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on new growth themes (e.g., APIs, NRI business, trading ecosystems, partnerships).
• Develop executive-ready presentations, strategy notes, and discussion papers for CEO/leadership reviews.
• Identify whitespace opportunities in the digital customer journey and propose strategic experiments.
