Role Summary We are seeking a motivated GWS (Google Workspace) Sales professional to drive upselling initiatives, deepen product adoption, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with reseller partners, internal teams, and customers to maximize usage, satisfaction, and business growth for Google Workspace solutions, focusing on SMB and Mid-Market segments. Responsibilities Upselling and Product Adoption: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell Google Workspace products, boosting customer usage and satisfaction. Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Customer Engagement: Drive proactive communication with customers to cultivate product usage, ensure adoption, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to enhance customer experiences and influence product development based on feedback. Key Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the IT industry. Proven experience in cloud sales and SaaS sales, particularly targeting SMB and Mid-Market customers. Strong English communication skills for seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
