About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer who understands how D2C brands grow, not just how ads run.

Someone who can think full-funnel, plan like a strategist, execute like a pro, and take complete ownership of the brands they handle.

You’ll manage 5–6 D2C accounts, driving revenue through structured testing, creative insights, and deep data analysis.

What You’ll Do

✅ Strategize, execute & optimize sales-focused campaigns on Meta & Google

✅ Build & manage TOF–MOF–BOF funnels for D2C/eCommerce brands

✅ Handle monthly spends of ₹10L–₹50L+ profitably across multiple accounts

✅ Work closely with the creative team on hooks, concepts, A/B tests & angles

✅ Analyse metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV to guide decisions

✅ Identify funnel gaps & implement fast, data-backed fixes

✅ Own tracking setups — Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM

✅ Present clear insights, action steps & growth plans to clients

✅ Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends & best practices

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of hands-on D2C/eCommerce experience on Meta & Google

Proven experience managing and scaling D2C brands end-to-end

Strong understanding of funnels, scaling logic & eCommerce metrics

Ability to manage 5–6 brands with complete ownership

Analytical mindset decisions backed by data

Excellent communication & client-handling skills

Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets

A laptop is mandatory

🎯 Prior experience scaling D2C brands at a performance agency

🎯 Meta or Google Ads certification

🎯 Engineering/analytical background

🎯 Knowledge of CRO, landing pages & user behaviour tools
