Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled professional who can wear multiple hats across sales enablement, content creation, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for crafting persuasive sales and marketing assets. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement
  • Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality sales decks, one-pagers, and collateral tailored for client conversations.
  • Respond to sales requests and implement updates quickly, accurately, and proactively.
  • Maintain a centralized, always up-to-date repository of sales assets, case studies, and enablement materials.
  • Marketing Collaboration
  • Work with the marketing team to execute sales-driven and PR-driven initiatives.
  • Support campaign execution through content, research, and coordination.
  • Copywriting & Content Development
  • Write, edit, and enhance content for decks, case studies, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives aligned with Armakuni’s value proposition.
  • Tailor messaging to different industries, personas, and stages of the sales cycle.
  • Process & Workflow Management
  • Partner with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and streamline workflows for sales requests.
  • Prioritize requests efficiently and build scalable processes for quick turnaround.
  • Organize and standardize content/resources for easy cross-team access.
  • Full-Stack Marketing & Operations Support
  • Contribute to cross-functional sales and marketing projects across content, research, design coordination, and operations.
  • Work on both technical and creative tasks to support the broader growth team.
  • Jump into diverse tasks across the sales-marketing spectrum, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: ability to simplify complex technical concepts and craft persuasive narratives.
  • Strong copywriting and editing ability for sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, and marketing collateral.
  • Experience in sales enablement or content creation
  • High attention to detail with zero tolerance for sloppy messaging or errors.
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills: can prioritize, create structure, and manage multiple requests.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and quick turnarounds.
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, solutions-driven, and able to handle tasks end-to-end.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics rapidly (cloud, DevOps, AWS ecosystem, etc.).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience in B2B tech, cloud, SaaS, or consulting environments.
  • Basic design sense and comfort working with designers (Figma/Canva skills are a bonus).
  • Experience managing or contributing to thought leadership content (blogs, POVs, whitepapers).
  • Familiarity with CRM or enablement tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Confluence.
  • Exposure to PR, brand messaging, or external communications.
