Commodity, Cost and Spend Management
Floating RFQ, Negotiations and agreement closure
Project identification, strategic planning, coordination with CFT for execution
Target setting and evaluation
Working towards annual Saving Target

Supplier evaluation, selection LTA
Supplier Performance Analysis
Supplier SWOT Analysis
Supplier Strategic Rationalization

Sourcing Strategy

Sourcing strategy decision making - Grow, Maintain, Exit strategy for lean supply chain
