Job Description


Role Summary:

To be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

-Sales

1.     Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

2.     Expand network of Channel Partners and pro-actively engage with them.

3.     Analysis of pre sales function through active analysis in CRM software.

4.     Responsible for pre sales, sales and post sales function.

5.     Responsible for devising and implementation of strategy to clear inventory from past projects – residential and commercial

6.     Commercial leasing wherever applicable.

 -Marketing

1.     Assist brand communication team in developing campaigns to promote projects and the brand.

2.     Assist in planning and end to end execution of promotion events.

 -Team Management

1.     Collaborate with sales and marketing team and enable them to achieve goals/targets.

2.     Set performance goals and objectives for team members and monitor progress.

3.     Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence within the team.

 -Customer Engagement

1.     Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including property agents, brokers, and individual buyers.

2.     Ensure excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3.     Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maintain customer loyalty.

  -Market Intelligence

1.     Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

2.     Analyze market data and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.

 -Reporting and Analysis

1.     Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management, including sales performance, market analysis and customer feedback.

2.     Analyse sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

3.     Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding business growth.

 

Candidate Profile:

Education:

Master's degree in any field.

Experience:

 ·        Minimum 12 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.

·        Mandatory 8 years in real estate.

 Skills:

·        Excellent communication, negotiation skills.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

·        Knowledge of numbers in real estate market.

·        Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

 Personal Attributes:

 ·        Results-driven and motivated, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

·        Strategic thinker with a creative approach to sales and marketing.

·        Collaborative team player with excellent leadership skills.
