We are expanding our Sales Team and looking for driven professionals who can contribute to business growth and strengthen BNAL’s leadership in the prefab industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

🔹 Strong sales experience in PUF panels, prefabricated structures, cold storage, and refrigeration sectors.

🔹Generate leads via research, networking and industry contacts.

🔹Manage full sales cycle: enquiry, proposal, negotiation and closure.

🔹Conduct client meetings, presentations and demos.

🔹Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets and ensure client retention.


Coordination & Reporting

🔹Liaise with Design, Dispatch & Execution teams for timely delivery.

🔹Provide market insights, competitor updates and customer feedback.

🔹Maintain records of leads, quotes, orders & payments.

🔹Share regular sales reports/MIS with management.


Skills & Competencies

🔹Strong industrial/project sales background.

🔹Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

🔹Self-driven, target-oriented and territory management.

🔹CRM & MS Office proficiency; basic technical drawings knowledge.


Educational Qualifications:

🔹Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce.

🔹MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
