Sr. Manager- Sales & Client Solutions (PJM)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at the company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, your main responsibility will be to acquire new clients in emerging sectors and new initiatives. Your goal is to increase sales and overall win rate by demonstrating an understanding of CBRE (PJM) offerings and client requirements. You will work closely with the Head of Sales & Client Solutions to develop optimal solutioning and client engagement strategies. Additionally, you will lead or support teams in planning, developing solutioning, presentations, and client interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients in emerging sectors and new initiatives - Nurture existing clients and drive business development efforts with the team - Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Client Solutions to close deals and win works across the sales cycle - Lead and/or support teams in planning and development of solutioning, presentations, and client interviews Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture, MBA preferred - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business development within the Real Estate & Infrastructure industry - Strong communication skills, passion for working with numbers/systems, and a can-do attitude - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and desktop publishing software - High attention to detail while maintaining focus and pace - Experience in working across functions and positively influencing - Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented - Quick learner, deadline-oriented, and fun to work with,
