As a SailPoint L3 Technical Support Manager, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Cyber Security team, collaborating with Pradeep Parameswaran Unni. The SailPoint L3 Technical Support Manager reports to the IAM Operations Lead and is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the identity management program company wide. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing customer needs; maintaining supporting documentation; contributing to projects that change the features, usability, service levels, or other aspects of the service design; testing, validation, and transitioning to new designs and supporting integration and operations; lead minor and major upgrades of the platform, while maintaining supportability; readily available to assist in cases of any unexpected system outages.. • Provide Level 3 technical support.
• Lead minor and major upgrades of the platform, while maintaining supportability.
• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components including Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding Access Request Automated Provisioning, Password Management and Workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality performance scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to identity governance processes system configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Perform system upgrades patches and ensure the integrity and security of identity governance solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management and governance.
• Readily available to assist in cases of any unexpected system outages.
10+ years of general IT experience.
Identity Management exposure with 6+ years of experience with IAM product components and layout knowledge.
Should have good knowledge of SailPoint IIQ. Mandatory Tomcat Server or MS SQL - Integration and working knowledge.
Should have designed and developed schemas, workflow, and Policies.
Must be able to design, modify/add policies, add roles, and modify lifecycle rules.
Manage/configure adapters as requested and create custom reports. Install new versions and modify configurations, and extension code (if required) appropriately.
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002/NIST 3.0 especially as it relates to Access Controls.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to senior leaders, stakeholders and to all levels within the organization.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and adaptable
Ability to provide 25% coverage in US time zones.
Undergraduate degree required in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
