Job Description

As a Pre-sales Technical Support Specialist for Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection business, your role involves driving and supporting Prescription for these products. You will be responsible for Homologation/Product approval of the Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection range of Products. Additionally, your duties include supporting the Business Development team in various activities such as training, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers. You will also play a crucial role in product launches, supporting pilot projects, and sharing technical requirements with the central team. Your contribution will be essential in supporting the tendering team, achieving sales targets, and promoting key strategic offers. Furthermore, you will be involved in upskilling the internal sales team on Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection products. This role is based in Gurgaon with a possibility of 30% travel within the Northern Region of India. Key Responsibilities: - Provide pre-sales technical support for Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection business - Drive and support Prescription for Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection business - Conduct Homologation/Product approval of Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection range of Products - Assist the Business Development team with training, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers - Participate in product launch activities for new product ranges - Support the business development team in pilot projects and relay selection - Share technical requirements and business plans with the central team - Aid the tendering team in relay selection and technical compliance with specifications - Upskill the internal sales team on Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection products Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Strong technical understanding of Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection - Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system - Familiarity with Communication Protocols in Electrical System - Basic understanding of Business Knowledge related to market segments and end-users for Protection Relays & FRTU - Fluent in English & Hindi - Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to influence others and build strong business networks - Good judgment, autonomous work style, and strong interpersonal skills - Proactive and open-minded personality with a passion for working with local teams,
