Role & responsibilities Ensure the maintainability & reparability of the product through concurrent engineering. Setup the necessary means for disassy/assy, cleaning, inspection and repair of the parts & modules: Pilot the deliverables during the industrialization phase (validation, revision, capability list, DVE/DVR). Define the rooters and select the required means. Identify the required investment and pilot their installation. Guarantee first time yield (FTY) performance, recurrent costs and cycle time. Ensure that the industrialization package can be rolled out in all the shops of the network based on each shop available processes and means. Ensure technological monitoring on the means and the maintenance methods Develop, write and ensure update of the job cards/routers in accordance with the OEM technical publications (IPC, ESM, SB, SPM, etc.). Preferred candidate profile - Candidates with stable work experience.
