Sr. Manager Marketing Communications– Pre-Sales(Lead Generation & Qualification)

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager Marketing Communications – Pre-Sales (Lead Generation & Qualification): the architect of communication frameworks that convert attention into qualified pipeline. If performance marketing is the fuel, you’ll be the one designing the stories, formats, and persuasion systems that power the engine.

Own and scale the pre-sales communication engine across all touchpoints — Performance Marketing ads, nurturing campaigns, landing pages, retargeting, and new launches — ensuring every message and creative drives sharper attraction, persuasion, and qualification at scale.

🔥 What You’ll Drive


1. Communication Strategy & Ownership

Partner with Lead Gen & Lead Qual teams to translate funnel objectives into persuasive communication frameworks.

Ensure platform-native excellence across YouTube, Display, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Search, Affiliates.

Drive messaging across awareness → consideration → conversion stages.


2. Creative Pods (Copy & Video)

Lead and mentor copywriting & video teams to run like a high-performance studio.

Provide creative direction rooted in neuromarketing, storytelling, and design hierarchy.

Set benchmarks for ad copy, statics, videos, WhatsApp/SMS/email comms, landing pages, RCS messages.


3. Lead Nurturing & Funnels

Architect nurture flows across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and retargeting.

Tailor narratives by lead stage (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and product (NIAT, Academy, Intensive).

Build objection-handling and trust-building comms to accelerate conversion.


4. Playbooks & Standards

Codify platform-specific storytelling styles (Meta thumb-stoppers, YouTube explainers, LinkedIn authority).

Define design hierarchies (typography, CTA, scroll psychology).

Build a Persuasion Playbook that scales across campaigns and future launches.


5. Growth & New Launches

Shape narratives for new product launches & growth experiments.

Ensure consistency and persuasion across launch campaigns.

Drive innovation in creative formats to keep NxtWave’s comms ahead of industry benchmarks.

🔑 Skills & Experience


8–12 years in marketing communication, advertising, or creative strategy (performance-led, not just brand).


Strong persuasion expertise: copywriting psychology, neuromarketing principles, design hierarchy.


Proven experience leading copy, video, and design pods for at least 4–5 years.


Multi-channel marketing knowledge: search, social, display, affiliates, and how comms vary

across each.


Track record in building nurture journeys (WhatsApp, SMS, email, retargeting) that drive real conversions.


Agency or multi-brand management experience preferred.

Edtech background.


Experience across multiple industries (at least one among Healthtech, Edtech, Fintech).


Proven leadership in video, design & content teams (or close collaboration for 4–5 years).
