Key Responsibilities: What are you expected to do? Financial Reporting , Revenue Recognition & Accounting Operations Drive Month end books closings Ensure top line (premium, claims, IBNR) items accounting & validation Trial Balance analysis including accruals, payables, provisions, FA etc. and reporting of the same Prepare and maintain accurate monthly MIS and reports Reconcile bank accounts with revenue, vendor payments, and other financial records. Responsible for preparing Ind AS/IFRS & IRDAI standalone financial statements including notes to accounts, management notes etc. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, ICFR controls and internal policies Assist in periodic statutory & internal audits Prepare various account reconciliation statements, including Payment gateway & inter-company reconciliations Monitor the settlement with Broker and Reinsurer. Handling other ad-hoc requirements What are we looking for? Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Up to 5 year of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards. Proficiency in financial tools and software Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Oracle, and working knowledge of financial modeling would be an added advantage Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
