Job Description

As a Sr. Manager / AGM Enterprise Business, your role will focus on leading strategic enterprise relationships, driving revenue, and expanding the company's presence within existing and new accounts. Your expertise in client-facing interactions, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain deep relationships with Points of Contact (PoCs) across various departments and levels within client organizations, including C-level executives. - Develop and execute retention plans to reduce churn and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value. - Create detailed account plans aligned with business goals and drive revenue targets for assigned accounts on a quarterly and annual basis. - Manage a robust opportunity pipeline with accurate forecasting, updating the CRM system regularly for visibility and tracking. - Engage in regular check-ins, business reviews, and decision-maker meetings, presenting ROI, training outcomes, and strategic suggestions to stakeholders. - Identify new PoCs across departments and geographies to expand account penetration. - Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to meet client expectations and business objectives effectively. - Ensure CRM hygiene and maintain quality communication with high response rates. - Stay updated on industry best practices through competition analysis and market awareness. Desired Candidate Profile: - 7-10 years of experience in enterprise account management, B2B sales, or client success. - Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts and driving consistent growth. - Strong background in Corporate Training, EdTech, SaaS, or Learning Solutions is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strategic thinker with an execution-driven mindset. - PG/MBA qualification is preferred, while graduates with exceptional track records are also welcome. - Proficiency in CRM tools and account management frameworks. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
