We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable energy storage products and services worldwide. Currently, we plan to expand our business footprint in the Indian market and are now seeking an experienced of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to drive our business growth in this region.
Acquire new projects using existing customer resources. Continuously explore and identify potential new customers in the Indian market, and promote Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Systems (C&I ESS, i.e., ESS for factories and commercial buildings) products and services.
Independently develop new customers. Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Guide operations to estimate project costs, timelines, and required resources, and present customers with comprehensive and competitive project plans.
Coordinate local resources to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Work closely with Chinese partners and local service delivery teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Focus on promoting and selling residential energy storage systems and commercial & industrial energy storage systems. Analyse market demands, formulate sales strategies, and drive the penetration of products in these fields.
Provide high-quality services for commercial & industrial energy storage systems and grid-scale energy storage systems. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response to service requests, efficient problem-solving, and regular service maintenance.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; with at least 10+ years of working experience in the Indian energy storage or related industries.
Possess certain customer resources in the Indian market and have a good track record of successfully developing customers and implementing projects.
Have in-depth knowledge of residential energy storage systems, commercial & industrial energy storage systems, and grid-scale energy storage systems (products and services). Be familiar with different energy storage technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and effectively present solutions.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their successful delivery. Have a good understanding of cross-border cooperation, especially cooperation with Chinese partners, and be able to bridge cultural and business differences.
