About the Role

Sales Manager GWL

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pan India region for

      GWL and 3PL services

      .
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and repeat business.
    • Conduct regular client visits and business reviews to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination

    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and customer deliverables.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams for service improvement and innovation.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
