Role Purpose

strategic sales role

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new
corporate & commercial card clients
through leads, cold calling, referrals, and relationship management
Manage and grow existing B2B customer portfolio
Adopt a
consultative sales approach
by understanding client business needs and offering customized payment solutions
Drive revenue, spends, profitability, forex and retention targets
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, implementation, and issue resolution
Prepare
RFPs, proposals, pricing negotiations, and CXO-level presentations
Build strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders
Drive cross-sell opportunities (T&E, Retail Cards, Payment Solutions)
Mentor and coach junior team members
Ensure compliance with internal controls and sales processes

Mandatory Requirements

Strong experience in Corporate Cards / Commercial Cards (Mandatory)
B2B / Corporate Sales experience in
Banking, Payments, Cards or FinTech
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
Client-facing role with CXO-level interaction
Experience in managing targets, pipelines, and large corporate accounts
