We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead Field Talent Acquisition and HR Operations across regions. The role involves driving end-to-end recruitment for sales roles while also managing core HR operations such as on boarding, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
Drive end-to-end field hiring (MR, ASM, RSM, ZSM) in line with business requirements.
Build strong sourcing channels (job portals, vendors, referrals, social media) and ensure hiring within defined TAT.
Manage on boarding, documentation, payroll inputs, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain TA and HR dashboards, recruitment MIS, and employee lifecycle data.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Mentor and manage HR & TA team members.
Strong expertise in field recruitment & HR operations
Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools and Excel reporting
Excellent stakeholder management & team leadership skills
Process-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Graduate with Full-time PGDM in Human Resources
Candidates must have experience in HR for Sales roles within the Pharma industry.
