Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Sr/Lead - Construction /Hotels/ in the Ascentis Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hotels, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure all projects are completed within budget and meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
