SR LAB INCHARGE(NABL LAB)

Key Responsibilities:Laboratory Operations & Management

• Supervise and coordinate all laboratory activities, including chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure adherence to NABL accreditation requirements and maintain laboratory compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Monitor laboratory performance metrics, ensure timely and accurate testing, and review test results before reporting.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory SOPs, protocols, and technical documents.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all laboratory tests are performed according to approved methods and SOPs.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external NABL assessments.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities identified in lab operations.
• Ensure calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments as per NABL guidelines.

Team Management & Training

• Lead, train, and mentor laboratory staff to enhance technical skills and awareness of NABL standards.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the productivity and performance of lab personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and accountability within the laboratory.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare laboratory reports, certificates of analysis, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain proper records of tests, calibration, maintenance, and audits for NABL compliance.
• Analyze data trends and support process improvement initiatives in production and quality assurance.

Safety & Environment

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, chemical handling, and waste disposal protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and promote a safe working environment in the laboratory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
