SR LAB INCHARGE(NABL LAB)

As a Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations and management to ensure the efficient and accurate analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating all laboratory activities, including chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis. - Ensuring adherence to NABL accreditation requirements and maintaining laboratory compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. - Monitoring laboratory performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate testing, and reviewing test results before reporting. - Preparing and maintaining laboratory SOPs, protocols, and technical documents. In addition, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities related to Quality & Compliance: - Ensuring all laboratory tests are performed according to approved methods and SOPs. - Conducting internal audits and participating in external NABL assessments. - Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities identified in lab operations. - Ensuring calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments as per NABL guidelines. Moreover, your role will involve Team Management & Training: - Leading, training, and mentoring laboratory staff to enhance technical skills and awareness of NABL standards. - Allocating tasks and monitoring the productivity and performance of lab personnel. - Promoting a culture of safety, accuracy, and accountability within the laboratory. Additionally, you will be responsible for Reporting & Documentation: - Preparing laboratory reports, certificates of analysis, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Maintaining proper records of tests, calibration, maintenance, and audits for NABL compliance. - Analyzing data trends and supporting process improvement initiatives in production and quality assurance. Furthermore, you will ensure Safety & Environment compliance by: - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, chemical handling, and waste disposal protocols. - Conducting risk assessments and promoting a safe working environment in the laboratory.
