Role Description :


The Key Account Manager for Smart Manufacturing Platform and solutions is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within region and grow specific vertical all India. This role requires a deep understanding of smart manufacturing technologies, a strong knowledge of manufacturing industry, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients. The Senior Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal ( Customer success, Subject Matter expert, IoT Application Engineering team ) and External ( Chief Digital officer, Plant Head, IT Head ) to drive the adoption of smart manufacturing solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:


• BE -: Mechanical / Production/ Instrumentation / Automation / Control system preferred.

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in enterprise software/ Smart Manufacturing/Industrial Automation solutions selling with Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, Metal or any process industry.

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development. • Strong understanding of the enterprise market and industry dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.

• Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

• Good Contacts in the manufacturing sector

• Excellent networking, influencing skills to win business.
