ProArch is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. IT Recruiter to join our talented recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-notch IT professionals to meet the needs of our growing organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Your expertise in IT recruitment will be essential in identifying qualified candidates in a competitive market. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.If you are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and have a solid background in IT recruitment, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract IT talent
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better align recruitment efforts
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system
  • Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field
  • 4-6 years of Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to recruitment
