We're Hiring: Sr.Technical Recruiter

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: 3–6 Years

We're looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for C-H & C-C rolesUnderstand and align with client job requirements.

Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle:

job postings, screenings, interview scheduling, and follow-upsBuild a strong pipeline of IT candidates.

Coordinate and communicate with clients for regular updatesManage records using ATS and internal toolsEnsure timely closures of open positions

Manage and coordinate with external vendors for hiring support

What We’re Looking For:

3–6 years of experience as a Technical or IT RecruiterGood understanding of hiring models (C-H and C-C)

Hands-on sourcing via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Experience in vendor coordination and management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a problem-solving approach

Qualifications:

Open to candidates from any educational background

Bonus: ServiceNow recruitment experience (not mandatory)
