Job Description

As a Sales Executive at The Knowledge Academy, you will have the exciting opportunity to work for a global provider of high-quality training and certification courses. Founded in 2009, we offer a wide range of courses in various domains such as project management, IT, business analysis, leadership, and digital marketing. With a presence in over 190 countries, we deliver classroom-based, live online, and on-demand eLearning courses in partnership with leading organizations like Microsoft, AXELOS, APMG, and PeopleCert. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. - Successfully sell to dynamic international audiences by exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Drive new customer acquisitions, manage customer relationships, and maintain pre-sales support standards. - Develop customer relationships to expand your pipeline and improve customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on market, competitor, and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. - Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and influence the sales roadmap. Qualifications Required: - 6 months+ sales experience, preferably in the technology sector. - Background in selling EdTech or other technology-based services markets. - Strong understanding of the technology or education industry. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. - Functional competencies in time and data management, accuracy of record-keeping, and a drive for excellence. - Excellent personal and professional appearance. - Fluency in English with no MTI influence. - Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.
