Sr. HR Manager

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business strategy. - Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent. - Overseeing performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. - Assessing training needs and monitoring training programs. - Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as an HR Manager or in an HR Executive role. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate leadership skills. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - A degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus. Preferred qualifications include: - 5+ years of experience in human resources management. - Experience in a similar industry or fast-paced environment. - Experience with HR software such as HRIS or ATS systems.
