Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Selection Preparing and defining HR Policy for the organization Manpower Planning & Budgeting of the Unit Forecast the manpower requirements as per the business needs End to End recruitment process (Sourcing Cv Through Walk-In/Job Portals/Employee Referral/Database) -Conduct detailed HR Interview. Planning of human resource requirements in consultation with head of functional & operational areas. Pipeline Management Salary Negotiation & Offer discussion. Employee Grievance Handling. Reference check / Educational verification of offered candidate. Talent review and succession planning to create a pool of talent for business need. Business alignment for Manpower Optimization and per person productivity. Preparation of salary matrix w.r.t. current employee Qualification & Grade to maintain Internal Pay Parity Compensation and Benefits briefing to the selected candidate Offer Management including generating offer letters & Roll-outs in consultation with the reporting manager according to the organization salary matrix Locum Arrangement when there is a crisis and Preparing Locum Agreement HR Operations On-Boarding : Ensure Joining formalities are conducted along with the orientation and clearly define the salary structure, benefits on the day of joining. Induction: Organizing & making arrangement for induction and Orientation programmes for new hires on policies, procedures and hierarchy system of the unit to make them familiar with Organization culture & environment Employee ID creation in HRMS Arrange Team Members and Mangers for new joiners Accountable for streamlining the background verification and reference checks for the new joiners. Preparation & issuance of Appointment Letter within 2 working days of the employee joining. Payroll Management : Ensure timely submission of payroll input data to payroll team with high accuracy of Data containing New joinee, left employee, Absent details, deductions. Ensure resignations of employees are tracked and reported in Payroll inputs with correct DOL, deductions, Notice period. Sending letters to employees who have stopped reporting to duties. Issuing of Resignation Acceptance letters, Experience letters and collect the acknowledgement to be filed in their personnel file. Manage Attendance system, track the Leaves of employees, Absenteeism. Verify the Payroll monthly basis for correctness and maintain accurate data Compliance : Employee health & safety initiatives, Personnel file management & audit, HRMS update. Discipline & Conduct of Employees To ensure proper discipline and conduct of the employees in the organization. To ensure discipline and punctuality in the staff, in regards to the working times, overtimes and leave. In case, any deviation it should be reported to the superior for the same. To assist and when directed, conduct the disciplinary action, the misconduct, default or irregularity of any employees. Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive and execute end-to-end engagement initiatives to maintain happiness index among team members of the BU. Performance Management Execute the Performance Management System (PMS) and enable long-term value creation plans for retention. Conduct 1:1Sessions, Appraisal Meets, Skip Level Meets and Townhall Sessions. Provide Feedback Execute & facilitate feedback / advisory sessions to the Manager and other Employees of the Business Unit (BU). Scaling up the productivity & employee stability. Act as an Internal Communication Agent and consult with Business Leaders, Stakeholders and advocate organizational values, culture, policies, and plans. Analyze the market practices for Employee Retention and implement them to curb attrition Grievances & Escalations Investigate employee complaints & issues and maintain compliance. Change Agent Provide strategic & day-to-day leadership as change agent to drive the delivery of the business. Training Coordination: Coordinate for training programmes/ workshops. Based on employee Performance reviews, identify, and recommend employee training needs, encourage participation of employees in various organizational programmes.
