Key Responsibilities: Draft and manage HR policies aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements Drive strategic human capital planning, including workforce structuring to support long-term business objectives Develop and manage compensation strategies that are competitive and equitable Implement standardized HR processes to improve operational efficiency Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance Manage performance appraisal systems and support leadership in decisions related to increments, promotions, and development planning.
