Sr. HR Executive

As an Assistant HR Manager for the engineering and manufacturing teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by assisting in various HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs for engineering and manufacturing teams. - Supporting the recruitment process for engineering and manufacturing roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. - Assisting in the development and implementation of talent management programs for engineering and manufacturing teams, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development. - Providing guidance and support on employee relations issues for engineering and manufacturing teams, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee complaints. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, with a focus on engineering and manufacturing industries. - Assisting in the maintenance and administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, reporting, and analytics for engineering and manufacturing teams. - Developing and disseminating HR-related communications to engineering and manufacturing teams, including company-wide announcements, policies, and procedures. - Supporting employee engagement initiatives for engineering and manufacturing teams, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee events. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
