Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with focus on recruitment & onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000/- per month
• Other benefits as per company policy
