The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing key HR operations, including Recruitment, Attendance Management, Compliance, Employee Data Maintenance, as well as festival celebration across the organisation.
Identify hiring needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, complete joining formalities, and manage end-to-end onboarding.
Track daily attendance, prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll, and maintain accurate leave records aligned with company policies.
Implement HR policies and manage statutory compliance data including PF and ESI registrations.
Maintain accurate, updated employee information and ensure proper HR record management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
