Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., on boarding, leaves, attendance, and documentation).
  • Coordinate on boarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Support the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
