Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: Ahmedabad / Chennai Experience: 2–5 Years Job Type: Full-time Work timing : 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Reporting To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive with a strong background in international Accounting KPO recruitment (US, UK, AU market) and exposure to HR administrative functions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles and supporting HR operations and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (70%) – KPO Hiring for US, UK, AU Markets: Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for KPO roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions. Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, employee referrals) for proactive talent sourcing. Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure culture and skill fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and clients. Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs across international time zones. Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring reports. HR Administration (30%): Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases. Coordinate onboarding and induction processes. Support performance management processes and documentation. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, etc. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, event planning, and internal communications. Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee support tasks. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in KPO or BPO hiring for US, UK, and AU Accounting domain . Familiarity with international time zones and hiring practices. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS platforms.
