EXECUTIVE AND ASSISTANT MANAGER (Learning & Development, PMS,Recruitment)

Candidate should know about the Learning & Development.

Learning & Development

• Assist in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) across departments.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics: venue, materials, trainers, invitations, feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate regular MIS reports.
• Follow up on post-training effectiveness and impact assessment.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

✅ Performance Management System (PMS)

• Support the PMS cycle activities such as goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals.
• Help generate and maintain PMS-related documentation and reports.
• Assist in tracking completion status and send reminders to employees/managers.
• Ensure timely data collection and assist in analysis of performance data.

✅ Recruitment

• Assist in coordinating interview schedules, candidate communication, and assessments.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support the HR team in onboarding formalities for new joiners.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants or job portals as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HRM / Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in L&D / HR Operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR systems and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
